Dr. Julia Weche is the founder and president of Elimu Community Center. Elimu Community Center is a non-profit 501 c (3) was founded in 2013. The center is located at 9600 Pulaski Park Drive, Suite 115 Middle River MD 21220. Elimu Community Center is a fixture in Baltimore, Maryland that provides essential support services to children, youth and young adults.

The vision of Elimu Community Center is to produce a healthy, well-rounded, informed and empowered community. A community that participates and contributes to all levels of American society.

Mission
Elimu Community Center’s mission is improving the lives of the community by implementing inclusive activities and programs that promote community wellbeing and development in education, health, social support, welfare of children, youth and young adults, and families. Elimu Community Center promotes the wellbeing of the community through activities that promote interaction among community members and celebrating their heritage and traditions.

Elimu Community Center philosophy is educating the whole child. This includes developing the intellectual, physical, social, psychological, character and cultural aspects of each child to create a well rounded individual.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
